Request for Credit Refresh Due to Agent Errors in Lindy
Hi, I'm reaching out because I'm new to Lindy and I recently created my first agent. It is a simple agent that aids in the development of linkedin posts. I used the chat feature to build the workflow. During the build, it experienced errors in the flow and stayed in a continuous loop during triage until my 5000 credits were spent. Since this was my first time using Lindy I did not understand that these broken loops were costing me credits. I now have an agent that wont run since I'm out of credits. I have nothing to show for the money I've spent for my first month. Is a refresh of credits possible given the nature of how they were spent?
