The new Lindy Setup (email) is taking over my previous Lindy Email Triage Agent? Any way to offer more guidance/context to that particular feature/section Alon J.
Hey Arvell! Do you mind providing a couple examples? You're able to customize your new Email triage in the Email Settings . For example, you can remove any of the features here!
Also. Does this new setup use credits?
Hmmm, ok noted - What is your ideal solution? What would work the best for you? Do you prefer to use the original one you've built? If so, you can manually disable this by using the toggle at the top of the page and continue using the previous one. It technically does use credits on the backend, but user-facing should be unaffected by the amount of credits as these features should run as is 🙂
They use different tagging systems. The new one doesn’t send slack updates. So I'd keep my original one
Though I like the text alert option in the new one
I’m having trouble even finding the assistant to make any customized features to my liking. I don’t see the agent under my agents or ones shared with me. Also, I’m having trouble seeing how many credits I have in my account.
Hey Sabrina - You can click 'New Chat' and then write directly to your agent 🙂 Our new UI doesn't include credits - technically the AI uses credits on the backend, but all email and calendar management tools should work out of the box!
Personal preference I don’t love the set up like this. I’d rather it be like the other agents where I can click on it separately versus being on the homepage. Thanks for the info. One more question. If I want to customize certain elements, i.e. the way emails are written or how things are prioritized. Where would I see the workflow and nodes?
Would like to see the Lindy Assistant have a separate settings section to adjust the calendar, email, connections, etc. Currently, it's all hidden and all changes seem to be done via the chat.
It seems that Lindy Assistant can only work off one email account, correct? Currently, it's using my Gmail account vs. Outlook. I'd like to tell it explicitly which one to use. Same with the calendar. Also, is Lindy Assistant supposed to have access to all connections? Might be best to pick-and-choose through a settings area.
Thanks for the tip on the email settings. This is a huge leap forward for new users. A step back for existing users. On a positive note, I do think it will be a good way for me to get clients on the platform and then sell them additional automations. I was very pleased with its performance this morning and the instructions it took.
That's Correct, David W. - Only one for now, but expect some updates within the next 2-3 weeks 🙂 We don't currently have Outlook capabilities, but also within 2-3 weeks we hope to release it! It should have access to as many capabilities, yep 🙂 Sabrina V. We appreciate the feedback, totally understand!
