Hey guys, very new to Lindy and trying to get my bearings. I’m wondering if I can get a hand. I’m trying to build a simple Lindy that will automatically respond to any emails that contain “New Booking” or “New Enquiry” but I’m not having any luck. Does anyone have any ideas? The condition is “if the email is unopened” Can supply more info if needed.
Hey Ronnie! Thanks for the response. Yep I’ve managed to tidy that up, and think I have got it to a working state. I believe my main questions is around if my Lindy works, and the guest responds to the Lindy triggered email, I would have another email with subject that falls into that filter. Would that then trigger the same email to be sent to the guest? I’ve attached an email that a guest responded to, which is of the same thread, therefore has the same subject. Thanks so much!
