Troubleshooting IMAP Login Issues for LindyAI Email Agent

Hi Eeveryone, trying to develop my first agent on LindyAI. Stuck at a technical issue which need some some. I have create a new email addess on exchange 2019, hosted via Ionos for the AI agent. the trigger for my workflow to start is AI agent receiving an email. however, |I have tried multiple times to connect the agent trigger via IMAP in LindyAI, but doesnt work. All the settings are details are correct, but keeps saying login failed. I dont know what to do here.
