I would suggest checking your Salesforce permissions. Are you able to check your OAuth Scopes and let me know if they align with what is lined out in the image attached 🙏
Lindy doesn't appear as a connected app to approve in Salesforce which means it needs to be installed or registered to appear in the list. Does Lindy have a package or instructions to add it as a connected app?

Since Lindy doesn’t control how Salesforce shows connected apps, this error is very likely coming from the Salesforce side — usually an org security or OAuth permission issue.
At this point, the best next step is to contact Salesforce Support and share the OAuth error. They’ll be able to see exactly what’s blocking the connection.
