Support Email Request: System Stopped Command Issue

Please send me the appropriate support email address so I can submit a ticket. I encountered an issue where the system continued running after I instructed it to stop. The system acknowledged the stop command multiple times, but it kept running regardless. Even after disabling the agent, the process did not stop and ultimately consumed all of my credits.
