Managing Knowledge Bases and Slackbot Interaction Tips
alright, a few questions that I feel like I should know the answers to... posting here to hopefully help others as well π

Knowledge bases:

Is there a way to manage KBs outside of specific agents? Or are they always particular to a certain agent?
- b.
Can I compile a collection of text and create a new knowledge base/add to an existing one? All I can see is the ability to add external sources... Is the workaround creating a document, adding it to a Drive, using that and then resyncing once an agent has added more to it?

What are the tricks for Slackbots to dialogue back and forth? I thought I set this one up correctly, but when I replied to the Lindy "Slackbot," nothing happened... is it because I'm using a Slackbot and not doing so in a channel thread/DM? π€
