Follow-up on Support Email & Credit Concerns

Hey Lindy folks. I sent in a support email on Monday and haven't heard anything. Now I'm almost out of credits.

I downgraded from business to pro but when the payment for pro was processed, I lost all of my previous credits

Hi Vikas, credits reset at the start of your new subscription. So if you were to downgrade to a different subscription plan, your credits would reset at the time the new plan starts.
