Troubleshooting Slack Meeting Notetaker Interaction Issues

I'm having trouble using Slack as my interface for a meeting notetaker. It sends the meeting recap to Slack, but I can't interact with the bot on Slack, even though it's set to observe and answer questions after message received. Does anyone have any ideas about how to troubleshoot?

Oh sorry, I need the task URL → How to share your Lindy task URL: 1. Click your Lindy agent → click “tasks” 2. Find the task you need help with 3. Click the specific task (you should see the full execution) 4. Copy that page URL from your browser 5. Paste the URL in your support request Note: The URL should include “task” followed by a number

Yes, I want to be able to chat with the bot over Slack in the thread that I've designated in the same way I would if I were using the Lindy desktop app.

Hey Mia! Hmmm -- Are you able to send a quick screenshot of the message you sent in the thread replying to the Slackbot message? 🙏 If it has the timestamp that would be great!

I've tried so many times, and quite a few configurations. If you want to show me an example of how it should be built that would also work (if mine is just totally wrong).

I need to build it for everyone on my team and I've been testing on my own Slack Pro Plan. But happy to build from the ground up if you think that's better.

Hmmm, it should work with the one you have. Do you have any messages from the Slackbot? Looks like you're not replying to the Slackbot in the message thread. You see how in my image here, I have a message from the slackbot. If I click the button highlighted I can reply in a thread. It will only acknowledge responses within the specific thread (It won't acknowledge any messages that are sent to the Slackbot channel outside of a thread)

It's really strange. I just tried replying directly to a thread in the Slackbot but still nothing happened.

But also, if it will only reply to messages in a specific thread, how do I get it to answer questions about all meetings? For example, if I said "what were my action items across all meetings from when I was OOO last wednesday?" is that possibe?

FWIW, the agent also won't respond via email either even though it's programmed to do so.
