Hey Rachel -- Unfortunately the 'Approve Workflow' action isn't working at the moment 😞 I've connected with my team to get this fixed. I'll follow up with you as soon as I have an update here!

And, unfortunately the running one looks like it's due to the 'Approve Workflow' Slack issue. I connected with our partner's who help us with this action, and they mentioned that they aren't able to fix it at the moment so they'll be removing it 😞 A workaround you can do here is to Send a Slack Message -> Observe Action -> Condition that is based on the message you send back in the thread. For example you can make it 'Approve' or 'Deny', similar to the approve workflow slack action
