Right Click Not Working for Second Trigger on Chrome Mac Issue

I can’t get the right click to work properly to add a second trigger on google chrome on a mac. Ethan K. mentioned it is probably some kind of permissions thing. Has anyone experienced this? I can do the right click and the menu pops up, but when I try to click something like trigger, nothing happens. I get the little hand and finger that see’s it’s a clickable object but nothing happens when I click it.
