Lindy Systems Outage Summary - September 22, 2025

@here September 22, 2025 Lindy Outage Summary Summary: Lindy systems are back online. Between 9/22 approximately 10:10AM PT and 1:27PM PT, Lindy systems were unavailable. Any attempt to load the website would result in errors, and Lindy agents were not running at that time. The issue was ultimately caused by a routine maintenance operation on Lindy's primary databases that severely degraded query performance, causing the database along with its replicas to become unavailable. While our systems have fully recovered as of 1:30PM PT, any agent tasks running during the period may not have completed successfully. The engineering team at Lindy is working on ways to recover as many of these as possible. We deeply regret the impact this issue has caused, and will run a full post-mortem to identify and implement systemic fixes that will prevent this from happening again.
