Troubleshooting Invalid Type Given for Wait in Lead Outreacher Workflow

My Lead Outreacher workflow is giving me the following msg: "invalid type given for wait: Expected object, received string". I've changed all timers to manual Wait For 4320 minutes, and the issue still occurs. How else could this be resolved?
