Hi all! I'm facing this issue and wondering if there's an easy fix. I've sent a message to the support team, and in the process, learned about this slack channel. Here are the details:
Contact Lindy Support - They can adjust the voice activity detection settings for your Lindy Phone number to:
Reduce sensitivity to background noise
Require more definitive speech before interrupting
Adjust the interruption threshold
Ask them specifically about:
"Voice Activity Detection (VAD) sensitivity" for phone number
Making Lily less sensitive to background noise
Requiring clearer speech signals before she stops talking
Hey Brandon! Ah, unfortunately, I wish I had a good answer for you but this is something we don't have capabilities to do at the moment. These are more longer-term product improvement features that we are always working to do. I would be happy to send a note to our team to see if we can work on improve sensitivity to background noise. We are always working on the interruption threshold - Do you have a few examples of where the speech as been interrupted?
