just as an FYI, only you and anyone with an @ lindy email can see the task URLs, so I'll share them here, but would love some guidance on what is perceivably going wrong here so I can best identify if it's a user-error or a bug. So you mentioned what happens is it either gets the Record ID incorrect without a note OR the Record ID incorrect with a note. Is that correct? In this instance, do you mind walking me through which example that one is? I see that the user Calixte was pulled in the 'Get Object' action and then the same Record ID was passed to the Update Object action. Thanks 🙏
Hi Alon, thanks for the reply! Yes, the main problem is that is not currently leaving the note either in the account, or contact or opportunity, I've tried changing the update object to all those modules but with no result. It says that the update has been done successfully tho. On the last few meetings the get objects action is getting the right ID.
Hey, I was checking how the action task works, Can it be a problem about the Zoho CRM module maybe? Because I think Notes is a different module from Contacts or Accounts
