Hey! When a Lindy meeting note taker runs into an error, the flow process stops. How do we get it to resume the task and follow the flow so we get the meeting insights?

Another issue i'm trying to fix is to give my team access to specific meeting recordings. This is really hard right now even if they have a paid account. What's the best way to do this?

What we're really looking for is to let multiple people on the team chat with customer calls so they can learn

Being able to chat with a Lindy will have to be done within the Lindy at the 'Enter Message' task bar. Is that what you're referring to? In order to do this, you'll have to share credentials at the moment, as we don't have abilities to share + collab on Lindies (yet!!). If you're looking to simply share meeting records, you can use an 'Upload File' Google drive action after the meeting has been recorded, so the video will be uploaded to a shared space that your team has access to. Let me know if I'm understanding your question 🙏

Yes -- Do you mind sending over your task URL? I can send a screenshot of where to find this on your Lindy There should be a Task Bot Icon/URL filter on the sidebar -> You'll need to have the image hosted on a public domain, where you can then paste the link into the form there.

Ah, ok I see -- It's in an AI Agent. Is this in a channel or a direct message? If you use the 'Send Direct Message' or "send Channel Message' action, you can use the Bot Icon Emoji and change it there. If you're using it in an Agent, you can just mention something like: Bot Icon URL = www.boticonurl.com/j438ruidsf Let me know if that helps!
