Hi all! I'm having issues with the Gmail "Email Received" trigger. It works when I send an email to that inbox but if my agent send and email and gets a response, the responses are not triggering the process. If I go to TEST, I can see those emails and can test them, But when the agent is deployed, responses do not trigger the process.
Hey Ramiro! Hmmm -- do you have multiple agents? for example, which agent is doing the outbound sending originally? Are you able to send over the URL for this Lindy? You can just copy the URL from the browser, we can take a look 🙂

Hmmm I'm not sure I fully understand -- Are you expecting the workflow to restart when someone replied to your email? Or just continue in the workflow?
The workflow on the right does not start when I receive a reply to an email, but do start when an email (that is not a reply) is received
