Issue with Lindy Embed iFrame: Replies Not Appearing in Chat

Hey team I’m having an issue with the Lindy Embed (iFrame) The iframe loads fine on the site, and I can send messages to the agent normally. However, while I can see the agent generating responses inside Lindy (in the Tasks view), the reply never appears on the embedded chat. It just keeps “thinking” on the site.

Hey Lucas! Thanks for sending your workflow. Looks like you are missing the 'Send Reply' action within your workflow. You'll need to add that in order for the Embed to send any information back!

How can I find that action? And also, you mean that I need to change my "Send Message" step to that one ?

That's correct -- that 'Send Message' action will send a message within your task view you can either highlight over the action and click the 3 dots and choose 'replace' and choose the Send Reply option or you can click the "+" button within the arrowed path to add it

And only one final question about that, I have some agent steps that also send message to the user, what I need to do is just set up the skill for Lindy Embed ?

BTW, it already worked. I just wanna make sure that I'm not missing anything

Yeah that's correct. You'll need to replace any 'Send Message' action/skill with the Send Reply Lindy Embed one. Any send message action/skill won't reply to the user, it will just Showup within your task view.
