Resetting Your Chatbot for New User Interactions

Hello! I recently added a chatbot to a customer site and have noticed that it keeps the information from previous chats when I go back to the site. Is there something I need to do in order for it to reset for every new interaction?

Hey Jon! Agh, unfortunately, we don't have a great answer for this at the moment. I'll send a note to the team, however, the best solution here would be to clear cookies + cache to reset the chat. I believe our team built out a design for a 'clear conversation' button, but I'll connect with them to see where we're at with that 🙏
