I'm getting duplicate emails for some reason that's messing up my outbound sales... TWO emails are being sent in step 1 of a campaign (v1 an older version of the template and v2, the current template version)
NOTE: I duplicated assuming the duplicate would be not have any memory of the v1 template.

Do you mind explaining what you mean by V2 having a memory of the V1 templates. If you head over to your Settings, you can alter your memory/context. Example here
Two copies as in the 'A phoenix realtor' and also the Tiktok referral, right? And you're not able to located where the Tiktok email is coming from? Just trying to fully understand 🙏
