Troubleshooting Outbound Flow Trigger Issues in Agent Builder

I've built an outbound flow before, manually with google sheets rows triggering it and it worked great. Now I tried using the Agent Builder and it made the flow but for some reason adding rows to the sheet won't trigger it.
