Reducing Credit Usage for Phone Call Grading Agent

I have a phone call / grading agent that is using up 900 credits per use. Unsustainable for our use case. Any ideas how I can bring it down?

Hey Marty! Apologies. There are a couple things:
It looks like a ton of the agent is speaking out loud here unnecessarily which is causing the extra credits here -> I would emphasize in the prompt to not speak any of it out loud. It looks like a bunch of credits are being used because they're talking out loud.
I've flagged this to our engineering team to look into to improve, however, they mentioned that prompting should fix this. They also mentioned that they are looking to improve it moving forward.
