Help Needed: Resolving Unknown Credit Card Charges and Refunds

I was hit with unknown charges on my credit card that I need help resolving. I believed I had only made a one-time purchase of credits at $49.99, but then I was unknowingly billed for a team membership and, a month later, charged again for more credits and the team membership. I want to return the unused items I received and get a refund for the unknown charges. I would appreciate help in clearing this up. Thank you!
