Issue with Unused Credits After Membership Cancellation

I have a question about my credits, I had a bunch of unused credits from last month. I cancelled my membership because I had a lot of wasted credits from two failed agents that I tried to create in Lindy that were never reimbursed. But I noticed today that my credits reset to the 400/month from the free plan. I had 2132 unused credits that I already paid for.

Hey Daniel! Credits don't roll over unfortunately, so any unused credits from the previous billing period expire. Having said that, if you're having trouble with some failed agents, would be happy to take a look to see what happened there and help resolve!
