Chatbot Testing Issue: Lindy Embed Preview Stuck in Previous Session

Ethan K. I am trying to test a chatbot agent and the test will not reset. E.g. the Lindy Embed preview is stuck in the previous session. I've refreshed and closed Lindy entirely. Still stuck. Hey Ronnie! Ugh 😞 Are you able to try clearing clearing cache? That should help - If not, you can also try clearing cookies as well. I know, it's very annoying, but unfortunately we don't have great options here 😞

I will try both. Thanks, Alon J.. Additionally, it seems that only the agent Owner can Reset the chat client when in testing mode. Really tough to test a chatbot across multiple contributors/devs.

Ronnie P. this is a non obvious solution but if you go to configure the embed you can copy this URL and use it to test/use publicly

Ethan K. a few questions:
1.
How can the chatbot icon size be updated? It displays large on the webpage (see image)
2.
How can I update the chatbot name (without renaming the lindy file)?

Hm don't have a great answer here just asked the team. Would test shrinking the icon file size and seeing if it is smaller on the website

or if you have iFrame playing with the height and width settings but that may be the full embed

Believe it just gets the title and no way to manually change at the moment!
