Are you able to try clearing clearing cache? That should help - If not, you can also try clearing cookies as well.
I know, it's very annoying, but unfortunately we don't have great options here 😞
I will try both. Thanks, Alon J.. Additionally, it seems that only the agent Owner can Reset the chat client when in testing mode. Really tough to test a chatbot across multiple contributors/devs.
