Google Sheet Workflow Not Triggering: Missing Chat Window Issue

Hi our workflow isn’t triggering when we add a new row to the Google Sheet which is the trigger to start the workflow and there’s no chat window with the agent, which should show up by default And therefore we can’t test the whole workflow properly.

Hey Naomi -- Are you able to send over the task URL so my team and I can take a look? How to share your Lindy task URL: 1. Click your Lindy agent → click “tasks” 2. Find the task you need help with 3. Click the specific task (you should see the full execution) 4. Copy that page URL from your browser 5. Paste the URL in your support request Thanks!

Thanks, Naomi! A couple questions:
1.
I see your Lindy is disabled -- When you were testing the google sheet trigger, I assume it was enabled, right?
2.
If you'd like to test the chat window, you'll need to add the 'Message Received' trigger - You can do this in-tandem with your Google Sheets trigger :)

I’m getting the chatbox but the excel new row trigger is still not working. Can you please tkae alook?

i have a history log there that were recorded by this trigger in the past and I could choose one of them to start the wrokflow. It was working only when testing it manually within the flow editor, but not by triggering the external event

Yeah, try it with a net new google sheet to see if you're still having the same issue

It worked and then it triggered hundreds of queries even though it shouldn’t have and used up all my credits
