Lindy is having serious bugs today. If I add a new step to any flow, the righthand panel to customize the step doesn’t load, it is happening to any kind of step I add, and across multiple Lindys
I give my team Use Only access, they get “Unauthorized” when trying to message a Lindy. It only works if I give them Editor access which.. if they have “Use” access, they should be able to useit, right?
Hi Lindy team!! Just built my first Answering Service Phone agent and have been super impressed. I’m running into two major issues:
1.
Sometimes after the person is talking, Lindy just… doesn’t respond. Silence. You can say “Lindy are you there?” and that will snap her out of it but the silence is touch and happens on about 30% of calls we’ve tested (tested ~30 so far)
2.
This one I just can’t figure out. 50% of the time she just hangs up the call when the other person says “that’s all” instead of following her very specific prompt instruction, knowledgebase instruction, and exit condition that she must politely thank the customer and say goodbye before hanging up. Completely ignores that and just hangs up. Everything else on the call can go great but that sudden disconnect isn’t great user experience.
