yaaj, i really appreciate your feedback. If we want to go computer use based integration then do we hard code these credentials in voice agent flow? The reason i am asking this question is due to this flow : Patient calls phone number for the clinic > Lindy.ai voice agent picks up the call > For appointments (create or update) londy ai agent would log in to athena web portal via computer use to retrive applicable data and schedule available for booking.

Hi Yaaj, I appreciate the response. I was wondering if i could accomplish this using RPA based integration. I could be completely offtrack, but i was thinking if we request a user account to be created in athena emr with access only to appointment and then have lindy.ai voice agent establish this athena connection using the credentials we created for this voice agent. is this a feasible approach ?
