Request to Adjust Next Month's Payment Bill to $99.99

Hi About next month payment I reviewed the bill for next month in the system and also asked your support staff, Kha Nguyen, on Slack. He suggested that I report the following issues directly to you, regarding the $100.02 bill for next month, I have not enabled or used any additional features, so could you please remove the extra $0.03 charge? Since I am paying with a company credit card, the monthly payment has been fixed at $99.99. If even one month shows a different amount, the payment may fail, which would create unnecessary trouble for both of us. Great thanks for your help~ ID: dicky.lu@advantech.com.tw

However, I was barely able to complete any tasks, yet all 10,000 of my credits were used up, which is very frustrating. Have you checked my logs yet? Is there any possibility of refunding some of the credits to me?

I’ve observed that most of the errors occur during the process updates. In such cases, the conversation shows that the update has been made, but the nodes on the flowchart are either not updated or are displayed incorrectly.
