Request to Adjust Next Month's Payment Bill to $99.99
Hi About next month payment I reviewed the bill for next month in the system and also asked your support staff, Kha Nguyen, on Slack. He suggested that I report the following issues directly to you, regarding the $100.02 bill for next month, I have not enabled or used any additional features, so could you please remove the extra $0.03 charge? Since I am paying with a company credit card, the monthly payment has been fixed at $99.99.
