Issue with Simultaneous Phone Call Limit on Current Plan

Hello, experiencing a trouble with a phone call It says that Error: You cannot make more than 2 simultaneous phone calls at your current plan. But I dont have any phone calls running, I just used an built in agent for outbound phone calls and tried to run it for the first time What it can be and why?
