Hi there, I just went to work on some of my agents and I can't as I have this message "your agent contains premium features that require an upgraded plan" when I go to turn them on/off. This doesn't make sense as my account is just an extra seat (paid for $19) on a colleagues account and I have signed in to his and everything is fine there...
Hi Kha N. - I just went to test this as I was busy all last week and the issue is still there. I think at this point the I just need to cancel my seat and to receive a full-refund. I haven't been able to use the platform since our subscription renewed and even before then was just encountering error after error that haven't been fixed yet either. How do I go about getting a refund?

Hi Jake really appreciate your patience on this. Our team has been hard at work investigating this issue and we were able to fix it. But I know it's been a frustrating experience, so I've gone ahead and added credits to your account and we turned on some additional premium features on your account (e.g. business plan phone calls)
