Getting Support for Workflow and Billing Issues in Slack

Hello Lindy team/users, how do we get support for workflow issues/questions? Also how do we discuss billing issues, tech concerns around testing vs. production? First time messaging in SLACK, hope this is the right place?

Thanks for the reply, lastly where would one find "simple" templates that one could maybe use daily, but also be able to dissect a little to use throughout our journey?

Hey Bill -- If you click "+New Agent", you can then choose "Templates" 🙂
