Issue with Adding Teammate to Lindy Account Plan

I added a teammate to my Lindy account as a member - but it is still telling her she has to get a separate plan?

I pay for the Business plan so I added her seat for $20. She doesn’t get access to our credit package?

Taking a look now, very odd! Just checked her account and it looks like it's all good on my end. She shouldn't have any issues, but I'm going to connect with my team why she is getting these comms!
