We are experiencing some issues where our Phone Agent is not exiting a step and moving to the next step in the flow. This was working previously. I also just had the agent read the following message to me. https://chat.lindy.ai/share/call-disconnected-68f8ee2ca201e2407d5c791c
Hey Obsa! Is this the only instance this has happened or is it consistent? Do you have other examples where it has failed to exit the agent step? Thanks!
No. This isn't the only instance. This has been a persistent problem this morning. We have also seen this issue: The Agent didn't say anything. https://chat.lindy.ai/share/baggage-assistance-inquiry-68f8ebef87e1c9dbfaa88bb2
I think this is the LLM being dumb. A couple things I would try here:
Process the Prompt you've provided through Chat GPT or Claude (take a screenshot of your Lindy Workflow) and ask it to improve the prompt to ensure that it always exists the step when necessary
I would include in the prompt to never read allowed what it is doing on the backend. And you can provide the functions.Lindy example 🙏
Please let me know if that helps!
I will look into using Chat GPT and let you know if it helps. But I am also getting an issue where the Agent is now slurring it's speech. https://chat.lindy.ai/share/call-with-spirit-airlines-baggage-68f912149a5d00095516077a Above is the task. You can see from the transcript the Agent says b-bag and b-backpack. Also if you listen to it reading out the numbers. It cannot read them clearly. Last week it was able to do this.
Please, send me a DM 🙂
FYI - I'm also having issues with number pronunciation on voice today (not noticed it before). For 0, saying "nil", "oh" and "zero" all in the same sentence! Then, when the user asks for the number to be repeated, the voice says the numbers in Spanish (no indication or instruction to change the language - everything else stays in English). I'm using Claude Haiku 4.5
Alon J. Funky number pronunciation and language switch example task: https://chat.lindy.ai/jurie-pieterses-workspace-2/lindy/twilio-phone-call-assistant[…]estRunId=68fad9bf4c1081c93418063d&wiz=68fadaccd145ebcef5c1c40f
Alon J. other voice pronunciation issue - agent output in text in tasks is "C.M.E.", yet is pronounced at times as C.M.I. or C.M.I.E while later in the conversation correctly goes back to C.M.E. How is the 'text' agent and the 'voice' connected? How do we correct weird pronunciations that are showing correctly as intended in the task text? Example Task where this happened.
