Need Help with Gmail Thread Reply Action for Client Urgently

Hey everyone, I am trying to have the Lindy send another email in the same thread instead of sending a new email. I changed the action to a reply to thread gmail action, and it doesn't work at all. This is urgently for a client of mine and I don't know why it doesn't work. Please advise 🙏

Hey Arvin! Is this the action you tried using? If not, are you able to try this one? 'Send Reply' instead of the second outreach email cation you currently have?
