Hi! I'm encountering the same error with Telegram flow as well (described in my previous message from yesterday). A bot can not send responses to users, while having admin rights. Please Please Please help! There's no information, no instruction regarding this error, I've been setting everything up strictly according to the instruction, and Admin access was granted to the bot as well. 🙏 I understand that there's no human support agents / no calls / no live chat for regular clients. I get it, but please just a single small question regarding an error - someone alive, who can point me towards the thing that needs to be fixed – it's extremely difficult to navigate when there's not a single human employee to look into this 🥺
Hey Anton! Can you please share the task URL and I can take a look into what's going on here? How to share your Lindy task URL: 1. Click your Lindy agent → click “tasks” 2. Find the task you need help with 3. Click the specific task (you should see the full execution) 4. Copy that page URL from your browser 5. Paste the URL in your support request Note: The URL should include “task” followed by a number Screenshots are also helpful!
Alon J. hello! Thank you so much for addressing this! https://chat.lindy.ai/telegram-6841c4ef85a6a4d0f807215b/tasks?e=6841c4ef015214b72c6[…]stRunId=68469bf6b293a6a9565c7045&task=68469c10be5243b16332bca8
So it seems like at the very last stage it occurred, and I 100% have granted admin access in the chat
Really curious about the reason it happens in both flows - slack https://chat.lindy.ai/slack-683d5a36dcc5ce0e4cf40638/tasks?testRunId=68451702ca090dd9228433bd&task=68451753874767764ad22502 here
Test from my side as well so that I can show my screen,
how do you feel about that?
Thank you ! Here's my link, I'm always ready - just tag me when the moment comes 😉 meet.google.com/hrg-binv-dam

Hey Anton — I believe I sent a message in your other thread. I’ll copy that over here. So a couple things:
It looks like the most recent attempt went through, for this task. Can you confirm you received this message? If not, you can invite the Lindy bot to the channel by writing /Invite @Lindyin the Slack channel
I would suggest changing your Message in 'Send a message' to use AI Prompt, otherwise every time the message is sent, it'll say the same thing
2. In regards to your Telegram error, it looks like this error: Request failed with status code 403 Response: { "ok": false, "error_code": 403, "description": "Forbidden: bot can't initiate conversation with a user" } I believe it's because Telegram enforces privacy restrictions:
Bots are not allowed to start conversations.
A user must first send a message to the bot or click the Start button in the bot’s profile before the bot can reply to them.
Can you confirm that the users who you are trying to message with the bot have initiated a conversation with the bot already?
