I’m exploring how to use Lindy to help me manage inbound leads from marketplaces like GigSalad, Thumbtack, Angi (Angie’s List), Bark, and others. Right now, I receive an email notification from the platform (e.g., “You have a new lead”), which can trigger a Lindy agent. But the actual lead details aren’t in the email — I have to log into the platform, go to my dashboard, and manually read the lead. What I’m trying to do is this: 1. Trigger Lindy when I get the lead notification email 2. Log in automatically to the marketplace (e.g., GigSalad) 3. Navigate to the new lead 4. Scrape/extract the lead’s details: event type, date, location, budget, notes 5. Evaluate the lead using my pricing matrix and preferences 6. Draft a personalized reply inside the marketplace or ready for copy/paste Is this full workflow possible entirely within Lindy, using the browser plugin or native automation tools? Or — would I need to use something like Bardeen, Browse AI, or a webhook to get that structured data into Lindy first?
Hey Brian! We don't currently have any triggers for GigSalad, Thumbtack, Angi (Angie’s List) or Bark. If you need to login to a website specifically, the browser action won't work as the information will need to be posted on a public domain. A couple options that come to my mind here:
You could potentially use the Webhook trigger, depending on the capabilities that these respective websites provide, to send over information to Lindy AI
The easiest way (if possible) would be to somehow include the lead information into the lead email notification that is sent over. Lindy will be able to parse the details from that
Please let me know if that helps or if I missed anything
Thank you. This is very helpful
