Issue: Running Tests Deducting Credits Despite Available Balance

new fun issue, when running tests it keeps saying I have run out free tests, even when running a brand new test and with the credit count clearly sitting at 2 or 3 credits, yet, it still says we have run out and then starts deducting credits. Was ignoring it as thought the message was in error but now I see it has been reducing our credits even though it shouldn't have..
