I have 2 Tasks running on an agent that I cannot stop or terminate. I tried disabling the agent, but the tasks continue to spin. It is causing additional tasks to fail so I’m blocked from using the voice agent. Can you help? Here is a link to one of the tasks. Hey Matt! Sounds great! No worries, just provided a refund for this month to make it up to you 🙂 It can take up to 5 business days to process. Having said that, unfortunately, we don't have any way around the 30 monthly call limit on the pro plan. The only way around this would be to upgrade to the business plan 😞 I'll send a note to my team to see what we can do to fix this from an admin perspective
Thank you for the refund. I’m really trying to get a POC demo video produced to promote Lindy to our customers in the month of September. I have a performance OKR around this and could really use some understanding. Since you provide no way to test a call without consuming a deployed agent call credit and 100% of my calls have been just that - tests - I’d appeal to you to escalate this for me. If the only option you have is to give me an upgrade for 1 month so that I have more calls available, that seems reasonable. The alternative is that I cancel the POC and go to another voice platform.
