Help Needed: Chatbot Not Responding After Greeting Message

Hello - I used agent builder to make a chatbot. When I go to test it, the chatbot sends the greeting message, but after I respond nothing happens, it just keeps loading... I have tried trouble shooting this and can't figure out the underlying issue. Can someone please help? I want to submit this as my demo before the 6pm PT deadline.
