Morning - I submitted a support ticket on Thursday last week re an agent I'm supposed to deliver to a client tomorrow Wednesday 10/15.
The agent seems to be working, except for one of the final steps where it sends an email to the client to get approval and/or feedback before taking the final action.
It is sending the email to get approval and/or feedback, but is not detecting the reply, so it doesn't progress any further in the workflow.
I was emailing support@lindy.ai last Friday morning, and provided the information they requested, but haven't heard back from anyone since then.
Is anyone able to assist? Again, this agent is due to be delivered to a client tomorrow. Thank you in advance for the help!
