Morning - I submitted a support ticket on Thursday last week re an agent I'm supposed to deliver to a client tomorrow Wednesday 10/15. The agent seems to be working, except for one of the final steps where it sends an email to the client to get approval and/or feedback before taking the final action. It is sending the email to get approval and/or feedback, but is not detecting the reply, so it doesn't progress any further in the workflow. I was emailing support@lindy.ai last Friday morning, and provided the information they requested, but haven't heard back from anyone since then. Is anyone able to assist? Again, this agent is due to be delivered to a client tomorrow. Thank you in advance for the help! Hi Evan C. 👋 On the video, I can see briefly the message on Slack. It seems you are at the bottom of the Slack channel (from the scrollbar) but I can't see a message after the Slack message or a response in the thread of this message. I'm wondering when you said I'm responding to that message to confirm looks good , where did you respond to that message please?

FYI -- Did you respond in the 'thread' in this example? Sending a reply in channel won't work -- It'll have to be a thread response (not just channel)

That worked - thanks Alon J.! Agent is now functioning with the Slack workaround - but ideally the feedback/approval step would occur via Gmail. Yaaj B. said that issue I was encountering with doing this via Gmail is a bug on Lindy's side. Can someone please let me know when the bug is fixed so I can switch back to Gmail for the client? Thank you.
