Understanding Credit Usage for VoiceAI Receptionist Tasks

can you please help me to understand exactly how credit usage works on normal voiceAI receptionist tasks (per minute talking to client, per outbound SMS, transferring calls) Also, are we subject to a wait time to get the client approved by A2P if we want the bot to have sms sending ability? thanks!

Hey Jamil! You can view our cost breakdown here. For example: standard US configuration: 20 credits/minute (approximately $0.19/min). We don't have a native SMS feature, however, if you're something like Twilio, SMS incurs per-use. Hmmm - I'm actually not sure re; the wait time by A2P question 🤔
