Help Needed: Issue with Account Credits in Safe Mode
Hi Lindy team, I'm reaching out to ask for your help in understanding a recent issue with my account. I had Safe Mode enabled — under the assumption that credits would not be consumed while it was active, as that's the intended purpose of that mode. However, I’ve noticed that quite a few credits (5k in a single day) were still wasted, and I wasn’t able to find a detailed breakdown in my account showing when or why this happened. Currently I doubt we have 500 messages daily, not to say 5k, so please, help me to figure this out.
