Error Messages Encountered in Tasks Window

this one is new... when I tried from the "Tasks" window I was getting error messages

What's the step after message received? Is it an agent step? Just curious because when I've tried to use some models other than Claude 4 Sonnet, I get outputs like this some time.

enters a loop, but that shouldn’t matter here… that’s why I isolated to just chat to test the file play upload
