Alon J.,Team Lindy - We have been using Lindy for voice calls via twilio, since this morning we are facing a similar issue on all the calls, Lindy doesn't reply to the user. When I monitor a live conversation, I see Lindy is trying to articulate a response but it doesn't go through. Attaching a screenshot of what the call looked like. Sharing task url in the replies. "Uptime" is not great indicator when the system is not working. It would be helpful to see known issues in the status update: https://status.lindy.ai/
Thanks Jurie, totally agree. I'll relay this feedback over to the team. The status website is for the product as a whole, across all features. This seems like a more acute issue with our calling capability. Will follow up asap!
Hi all! Our team. has made an update that should resolve this. Unfortunately, for now, the voice may sound different than the one you originally had but we've chosen a voice as close to your respective current voice agents. This is a temporary fix and we will have an full fix for you within the next day or so. Please let me know if you have any questions 🙏
Still not working (in a test flow). Are only certain voices working? I had Mark, and republished with "Eric" but I'm getting the same non-responsiveness.
Alon J., thanks for the fix. We are able to handle calls now, but another component is failing. We have been sending emails as part of the flow. The email service seems to have been hit. There have been no configuration changes from our side, would appreciate your support on this.
