Creating Notifications for Lindy Permission Updates

Can you NOTIFY users when permissions need updating? Here I am thinking Lindy is doing its job ... no, it has been broken for how long, I don't know. It was supposed to respond to a webhook by creating a trello card and sending an email to the prospective client. Because the Trello part stopped working, the emails are not sent. This is terrible. We should get notified when a deployed Lindy breaks. How can I get notified?
